Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after your parcel was delivered to return your items back to us.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached.

 

Shipping Fee for Returns and Exchanges

Ø  If the item is being returned or exchanged for reasons listed below, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost:

·         The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements

·         The item does not meet the customer's expectations

·         The customer wants to return the item or exchange it for another item

Ø  If the item is being returned or exchanged for reasons listed below, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost:

·         The item received is completely different from the order placed

·         The size received is completely different from the order placed

 

Faulty and Damaged Goods

Ø  For items that are damaged upon arrival or defective making it impossible to use, please send us an email at trek.standard@gmail.com with a photo or video clearly showing the damage or defect. We will offer a full refund or a replacement. For these instances you do not need to send the item back, we will also cover the full cost of replacement.

 

Refund Payment

Ø  Once the returned items are received, we will endeavor to process the refund within 3-10 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refundable balance to appear within your bank account – this time period is dictated by your bank and is out of our control.

 

How to send a request

 

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Important:

Ø  You will be responsible for all applicable tax’s customs duty, and clearance charges.

Ø  We recommend labelling the parcel RETURNED GOODS to avoid custom charges. Please ensure you keep a copy of your returns receipt until your return has been received and refund processed.

Ø  Some deliveries may be subject to additional customs & import fees. If you refuse to pay duties & taxes, delivery costs for returning your parcel back to us will be subtracted on your order.
